Rock hopping at 49er and 49erFX European Championship

Helsinki, Finland (July 8, 2014) – The opening day of the 2014 Seiko 49er & 49erFX European Championship discovered shallows on the course, resulting in damage to several boats. Qualifying for the 134 teams continues through Thursday, with the Finals scheduled for Friday through Sunday. Top performer from North America was Paris Henken/ Helena Scutt (USA), posting a 5-2-8 to sit 9th in the 49erFX fleet. Full report, photos and video.
