The 2014-15 Volvo Ocean Race’s flagship half-hour weekly show, Life at the Extreme, will round up all the action for 39 weeks from start to finish.

This week the teams arrive in Sanya to complete Leg 3. It’s a homecoming for the Franco-Chinese team – the underdog of the fleet is becoming its leader. The boatyard’s maintenance goes to plan, Team Alvimedica and Team SCA take some of their time off to train and push themselves even further.
