Alexandra Christy completed this video as part of a masters program she is pursuing in Digital Journalism and Design.

“I wanted to do a profile piece on someone who is passionate about what s/he does, and chose a friend, Gerry Douglas, a boat designer for Catalina Yachts,” explained Christy. “Interviewing him in two places allowed me to capture the yin and yang, the passion and the practicality, of following one’s dreams.”
