Whidbey Island Race Week: First Half Finished

The small boat segment of Whidbey Island Race Week, the premier regatta in the Pacific Northwest of the U.S., was held July 18-19 for 42 one design and Portsmouth entrants. Winning the largest fleet was Bruce Matlack, topping 15 sailors in the Kona Sailboard class. Larger one design and PHRF boats will race July 20-24 from Oak Harbor on Whidbey Island, Washington.
