#GivingTuesday

Today marks the fourth annual #GivingTuesday, a global day of giving fueled by the power of social media and collaboration. Created to support raise awareness of donating to non-profits and remind us of the spirit of the holidays after Black Friday and Cyber Monday. #GivingTuesday helps thousands of non-profits raise millions of dollars for their work.

Environmental challenges are placing our ocean in peril directly impacting sailors, boaters and their children for generations to come. Sailors for the Sea’s number 1 priority is protecting our waters.

In 2015, Sailors for the Sea has engaged 2,419 boaters to become ocean advocates every day. Support their efforts to reach 1,000,000 boaters in 2016 and create a vibrant community of ocean heroes sharing taking action to protect our ocean!

A donation this #GivingTuesday will ensure their high-impact, results-oriented programs continue to generate hundreds of Clean Regattas, and educate thousands of young boaters with their Kids Environmental Lesson Plans.
