Poland Dominates RS:X World Championship

Eilat, Israel (February 27, 2016) – While Piotr Myszka (POL) had secured the men’s RS:X World Championship on the penultimate day, the Medal Race still loomed large for the top ten men and women. Completing the men’s podium was Dorian Van Rijsselberge (NED) in second and Kiran Badloe (NED) in third. Women’s leader Malgorzata Bialecka (POL) held on to take the title followed by Bryony Shaw (GBR) in second and Lilian de Geus (NED) in third. Top North Americans were Demita Vega de Lille (MEX) in 13th and Pedro Pascual (USA) in 34th.
