Horowitz wins Flying Scot Midwinters

Twenty-four teams competed in the 2017 Flying Scot Midwinters on March 13-16 in New Orleans, LA. Cold temperatures prevailed for the eight race series which was dominated by Zeke and Jay Horowitz with Rod and Roddy Stieffel in second and Tom and Melissa Miller in third. Results.
