Thistle Southern Circuit 2017

Twenty-three boats traveled to the 43rd annual Orange Peel Regatta on March 18-19, the second and final event of the Thistle Southern Circuit. Held at the Florida Yacht Club (Jacksonville, FL), Greg Griffin with crew Mark Reddaway and Amy Thompson won the 5-race series sailed in winds from 8 to 18 knots. Griffin also won the overall circuit which includes the Thistle Midwinters East Championship held 2 weeks earlier in St Petersburg, FL.
