Live Coverage: Extreme Sailing Series, Hamburg

Seven teams will compete in the fifth act of the 2017 Extreme Sailing Series™ on August 10 to 13 in Hamburg, Germany.

Live video streaming will be available on Saturday August 12 and Sunday August 13 as well as live video graphics provided by SAP Sailing Analytics for all four days.

The 3 hour live streaming programme, produced by Red Handed TV, includes fixed onboard cameras delivering the action from the water, shore side cameras, interviews from the race course and graphics delivered by SAP Sailing Analytics. The expert commentary team includes pro sailing commentators Niall Myant and Genny Tulloch.

Background: The Extreme Sailing Series is in its eleventh season, with this year’s eight event tour travelling through Asia, Europe, and Australia. The platform used is the one design foiling GC32 catamaran, with the format highlighting ‘stadium’ short-course racing in front of the public.
