2017 ILYA Championships

Over 200 teams in four scow fleets competed at the 2017 Inland Lake Yachting Association Championships, held August 16-20 on Geneva Lake in Fontana, WI. The race schedule during the five day competition permits sailors to participate in multiple classes thus allowing Vincent Porter to compete in and win both the 16-boat A-Scow (38 feet) and the 61-boat E-Scow (28 feet) fleets. Other division winners were Andy Burdick in the 66-boat C-Scow (20 feet) and Ryan Grosch in the 71-boat MC-Scow (16 feet).
