New Grand Prix Series to be Announced

The long rumored circuit using the 15 meter AC Class catamarans from the 2017 America’s Cup will be formally announced on October 3 in London. As the hulls were originally built to strict one design measurements, they will be outfitted with identical foils, rudders, and control systems to level the field for what appears to be a broadcast-ready international grand prix series.
