Boat blaze at Georgia storage facility

A fire caused a total loss to 86 boats and four vehicles on October 7 at the Buford Dam Road Boat Storage in Buford, GA. Located near Lake Lanier, no injuries were reported but one of the building structures at the facility also caught fire and its roof collapsed. The cause of the blaze is under investigation, but the fire department said it likely started near the middle of the building between two boats and a pull-behind camper. The facility claims to store 750 boats and RVs.
