Optimist North American Championship

The 2019 Optimist North American Championship attracted 164 sailors for fleet and team racing on September 29-October 3 in Nassau, Bahamas. In fleet racing, Gustavo Campos (BRA) was the top boy, winning the final race to take the title. Tanner Krygsveld (ISV) was the top North American in fourth while Peru’s Alejandra Vega was the top girl in fourteenth place. USA teams took the top three positions at the Team Racing Championship while Peru won the Nations Trophy. Details.
