Vote open for US Sailing Board

Three open positions on US Sailing’s Board of Directors are being put to a membership vote, with the Nominating Committee naming Russell Lucas, Tony Rey, and William Ruh as candidates for the positions.

From September 18 to October 28, 2020, all current adult and family members are entitled to vote.

Candidates for the Board of Directions:

● Russell Lucas (incumbent) – Nominated for a three-year term
● Tony Rey (incumbent) – Nominated for a three-year term
● William J. Ruh (incumbent) – Nominated for a one-year term

Due to COVID-19, a virtual US Sailing Annual Meeting will be held on November 7, 2020 to officially elect the new board members.

Following the Annual Meeting, US Sailing will host a live session on The Starboard Portal featuring board members and US Sailing leadership. Stay tuned for more details, including date and time about this online town hall forum.
