Ownership change for nke Marine Electronics

nke Marine Electronics, created in 1984 under the name Micrel, has had an ownership change. Jean-Claude Le Bleis, who had taken over the financial control of the company in 2007, has handed over nke Marine Electronics to Alain Boschet and local private equity partners. Alain Boschet, as the majority shareholder, took over the role of CEO on November 17, 2020.
