2022 Etchells Midwinter East Regatta

After having to postpone the second and third events of the 2022 Biscayne Bay Regatta Series, the stars aligned for 47 teams at the Midwinter East Regatta on February 25-26 in Miami, FL. While the scorecard wasn’t pretty with a 23-20, it was enough for Scott Kaufman and his pro team of Alec Anderson, Reed Baldridge, and Lucas Calabrese to take the one point victory. Winning the 11-boat Corinthian division was Barry Parkin with his crew Matt Hannaby and Taylor Walker.

The Etchells Biscayne Bay Series has been one of the major Etchells regatta series since 1994, attracting competitors has from all over the world.

February 5-6 – Florida State Championship (rescheduled to March 21-22)
