Whitecap: The Canadian Sailing Podcast

Sail Canada in partnership with David Cripton have launched a podcast series focusing on Canadian sailing called Whitecap, with Episode 6 featuring Isabella Berthold.

Berthold is a strategist and co pilot for Sail GP Canada, but her accolades begin as a Laser sailor for Canada which led to her honor as Female Sailor of the Year, a fourth at World Sailing Youth Championships, a World Cup medalist, and Canada Games gold medalist.

She’s also a professional cyclist and sustainability professional. The conversation covered mental health with athletes, balancing life as a professional cyclist, as well as a pro sailor and what it’s like to drive an F50!
