Recovery plan to rebuild Acapulco

Mexico’s government unveiled a $3.4 billion recovery plan for the battered coastal resort city of Acapulco following the Category 5 Hurricane Otis which slammed into the coastal community, causing mass destruction with more than 100 people dead or missing. Video from Acapulco Bay and Acapulco Yacht Club show the boats and structures that did not withstand the force of the winds that reached 165 miles per hour.
