America One Racing Performance Report

America One Racing, as the largest private financial supporter of elite USA sailors, pivoted in 2023 to a hands-on organization with coaches and training plans. Here is their 2026 Mid-Year report:

Q2 of 2026 confirmed the trajectory established in Q1. The systems America One Racing has built across Project Podium and the Foiling Pipeline are translating into measurable performance, deeper talent pool, and more disciplined execution. Both programs remain on track.

Project Podium athletes are generally delivering against their key performance indicators (KPIs), while the Foiling Pipeline is producing top results and widening the base of emerging athletes. Additionally, we are pleased to announce the upcoming launch of the A1R Academy, a long-term strategy to identify and develop young talent in anticipation of the next Olympic cycle.

Our focus through the first half of the year has been continuous improvement across the areas that most directly drive performance: Operations, Sport Science, Coaching, and Performance. Where results have not met potential, we are making targeted adjustments rather than waiting for outcomes to change.

As always, the program remains intentionally lean, with the majority of resources directed toward athlete performance and program execution.
