Brazil wins J/70 World Championship

The 2026 J/70 World Championship attracted 100 teams for the 10-race series on September 8-12 in Cascais, Portugal. Haroldo Solberg (BRA) and crew Mario Tinoco, Gabriel Silva, and Carlos Robles finished with a 16-point margin to take the title, ahead of Corinthian champion Luis Bugallo Arriola (ESP) in second place. American teams completed the top five with John Heaton in third.
