Qualifying complete at Vilamoura International Regatta

Vilamoura, Portugal (April 21, 2021) – The third day of qualifying at the 2021 ILCA Vilamoura International Regatta held two races to complete the six-race qualifying phase for the 139 Lasers and 89 Laser Radials. Anne-Marie Rindom (DEN) continues to dominate the women with a 11-1 today while Filip Jurišić (CRO) and Michael Beckett (GBR) are tied atop the men. Among the top North Americans, Paige Railey (USA) climbed to 7th while Charlie Buckingham (USA) slipped to 16th.

Racing at the last European qualification event for the Tokyo 2020 Olympics is planned for April 19-24.
