Australian Tom Slingsby, who was the strategist for America’s Cup defender Oracle Team USA in their successful defense in the 34th Match this past summer, has confirmed that he will remain with the team. The announcement puts to rest whether Slingsby will join the Oatley family, who are putting together an Australian team as the Challenger of Record for the 35th Match.
