Caribbean Conference Now Postponed

Published on September 26th, 2017

After previously announcing the annual Caribbean Sailing Association (CSA) Conference would proceed as planned on October 13 to 15, the CSA now reveals the gathering will be postponed to a date to be determined. The initial decision came after Hurricane Irma, but the delay is now needed with the increased number of islands and people affected by Hurricane Maria.

The CSA is currently in discussion with the Chief Measurer as to whether or not the Measurers Meeting will proceed as planned and will advise when that decision has been made.

The CSA is now determining when the new date for the Conference can be set but anticipates it will take some time before they are able to make that decision. In the meantime, the CSA will continue to spread news from its members on its website with links to relief efforts.
