The dates for the 2015 Bermuda One-Two have been finalized so you can do your long range planning. The single handed start from Newport to Bermuda will be Friday 5 June 2015. The return double handed leg from Bermuda to Newport will be Thursday 18 June 2015. The website is www.bermuda1-2.org

(June 24, 2013) – The leaders of the Bermuda One-Two have finished the 635 mile doublehanded leg from Bermuda to Newport, RI. Now in port are Stanley Paris’ 63-foot Kiwi Spirit, which finished today at 10:49 EDT, and Scott Miller J/122 Resolute which arrived at 18:00 EDT. – Event website

Doublehanded leg of Bermuda One-Two

(June 23, 2013) – Fifteen doublehanded teams started the second leg of the Bermuda One-Two on June 20 in Bermuda, and are proceeding on the 635 mile return leg to Newport, RI. Winds have been mostly light to moderate, but at least one boat reports winds today in excess of 20 knots. Leading the field

Bermuda One-Two Complete Singlehanded Leg

Stanley Parris, who lived in Bermuda for several years, was the first to finish the singlehanded leg of the Bermuda One-Two, sailing a Farr designed Paris 63 in the experimental class. In the leg from Newport to Bermuda, Stanley finished about 7:40 AM on Wednesday, June 12. The doublehanded return leg from Bermuda to Newport

(June 9, 2013) – The remnants of tropical storm Andrea have left a large and messy sea state for the solo leg of the Bermuda 1-2 race. The fleet of 23 starts on June 8 has lost Murray Danforth on Flying Turtle (Beneteau Figaro II) due to electrical failure and Don Gray on Warriors Wish
