(April 28, 2013) – Thirty-five college sailing teams descended on Hampton University and Hampton Yacht Club this weekend for the Intercollegiate Sailing Association’s (ICSA) National Championship Semi-Finals co-hosted by Hampton and Old Dominion Universities.
