Unusual punishment given to offensive Optimist sailor

In what is believed to be a first, young Optimist sailor Wymi Dewingthis was forced to stand in freezing water after being disqualified from a race.

“He is a repeat offender,” explained protest chairman Steve Stewart, “and we felt that a scoring penalty would not be sufficient.”

Wymi had no problem with the juries decision. “Does it seem like I care?”
