Documents filed in the San Francisco Superior Court have named the Golden Gate Yacht Club as Defendant in a complaint filed by Gameday Merchandising, which is seeking damages in the amount of approximately $4.2 million in a dispute of certain merchandising rights in connection with the 34^th America’s Cup.
