As the American Youth Sailing Force heads into day three of the Red Bull Youth America’s Cup (Sept 1-4) tied for the lead, the top six teams are all within three points of one another! It’s looking like the RBYAC could come down to the last race of day four…. the double points race.

The RBYAC might have been envisioned as only the halftime show for the 34th America’s Cup, but it is proving to be the highlight of the summer. As for San Francisco’s home team, the ‘Force’ wasn’t one of the favorites, but they may have hit on the perfect tonic of talent, tenacity, and temperament to prove a few people wrong.
