In this week’s WoW the Australian Opti Championships were sailed on Sydney’s Botany Bay, at the South of Perth Yacht Club the Australian Moth Nationals are swarming round the marks, Oracle Team USA’s strength, it’s 45 days and IDEC Sports misses out on beating the Jules Verne record, Sir Robin Knox-Johnston anoints the RYS Yachtsmaster of the year and the Australian Etchells Championships from the Royal Brighton Yacht Club in Melbourne. Lots of top level sail racing in the Southern Hemisphere while it’s winter in the North. Watch the WoW and thaw out.
