Horizon claims Islands Race win

John Shulze and the crew of Santa Cruz 50 Horizon were the overall winners of the 11th annual Islands Race. Thirty teams started February 21, with the 108nm California course beginning in Long Beach before sending the fleet offshore around Santa Catalina Island and finishing in San Diego.
