LaserPerformance Wins Trademark Infringement Lawsuit

(October 2, 2013) – Beginning in 2012, the Belgium dealer Optiteam BVBA and importer Nautisch Centerum Delfzijl – Tecinvest BV illegally imported Laser and Sunburst branded boats and parts, manufactured by Performance Sailcraft Australia, for distribution into Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxemburg. Nautisch Centerum Delfzijl is also a dinghy builder who with Orange Performance Sailcraft

LaserPerformance responds to Bruce Kirby Complaint

Laser builder LaserPerformance has submitted a response on June 12, 2013 to the complaint filed by Laser designer Bruce Kirby on March 4, 2013 in the U.S. Federal Court system, in which Kirby contends that the builder had failed to submit royalty fees owed to him. Kirby’s complaint also named the International Laser Class Association

Kirby seeks to shutter LaserPerformance
