Laser class faces legal drama

(April 30, 2013) – Bruce Kirby Inc. today filed a First Amended Complaint in federal court against ISAF, Internationals Laser class, and LaserPerformance, adding claims related to a class rule change which allows these organizations to build a boat per the Laser design specs without the approval of Bruce Kirby, the boat’s designer.
