New kite course racing rules released

After testing several different formats at the beginning of the 2013 kite course racing season, the International Kite Association has published the 2014 championship rules for all Formula Kite major championship events. The formats for the entry level class “Twin Tip Racing” and the experimental KiteFoil class may vary and include formats and courses as found suitable for the venue.
