College teams from Cal-Maritime, U.S. Naval Academy, U.S. Coast Guard Academy and College of Charleston competed in the 2014 Southern Intercollegiate Offshore Regatta at Charleston (Feb. 8-9), SC. Teams raced in J/120’s and an ID35 on Charleston Harbor.
