Caution: Crocodiles are dangerous

Fifty-six competitors from eight countries – Brazil, Aruba, Canada, Cuba, Mexico, Peru, Puerto Rico, and USA – are registered for the Techno 293 and RS:X North American Championships on February 20-23. Held at Cancun, Mexico, the area is also known for its local residents – crocodiles.

For the visitor, there is signage to be heeded: They are dangerous and we are not responsible for any damage they may cause. Take your distance and never feed them or get close to them.

The North Americans are also the 2014 Youth Olympic Games Qualification Event for T293 Youth and 2015 Pan American Games Qualification Event for RS:X class. Event website.
