VIDEO: Review of Clipper Race start from San Francisco

The fleet of Clipper 70’s slipped lines at Pier 40, South Beach Yacht Club and headed into San Francisco Bay for a Parade of Sail, before the start from the Golden Gate Yacht Club. From there it was ‘race on’ in 25 knots of breeze towards the Golden Gate Bridge and out into the Pacific Ocean again for the 3300 mile race to Panama. Published on Apr 23, 2014.
