America’s Cup: Inquest scheduled for Andrew Simpson

An inquest into the death of British Olympic medalist Andrew Simpson (36 yr) is scheduled on May 21 in Bournemouth, England. Simpson lost his life in an America’s Cup training accident with the Swedish Artemis Racing team on May 9, 2013. Simpson became trapped under the hull of the AC72 after it flipped near Treasure Island in San Francisco Bay. – Western Gazette
