Coast Guard seeks public’s help in identifying hoax caller

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking the public’s help in identifying a hoax caller that made multiple false distress calls earlier this month in the Puget Sound area. The Coast Guard Investigative Service has three audio files from the calls, and is asking the public’s help in identifying the person or people responsible for making these false distress calls.
