USA, Singapore top Optimist Team Race Champs

Nayarit, Mexico (July 14, 2014) – The Optimist North American Championship held the team racing championship today, with USA winning the North American bracket and Singapore winning the International bracket. A layday is planned for Tuesday, with fleet racing resuming July 15-16. Event website.
