Chester Race Week off to a great start

Chester, NS (August 13, 2014) – The opening day at Chester Race Week 2014 got off to a great start, with 8-11 knot winds for the 138 entrants in PHRF and one design. John Whynacht has the early lead in the J/24 fleet, which is also being used as the Canadian National Championship. The Farr 30 fleet is also using the event as their Canadian Championship, with Rob Gale holding a one point lead over Roland van Hazel. Racing concludes on Saturday. Event websiteResults
