Gross misconduct allegations filed against America’s Cup jury members

(February 5, 2015) – New Zealand sailor Matt Mitchell filed complaints today of gross misconduct against the five members of an international jury that assessed the harshest penalties in America’s Cup history, a result of an investigation which concluded that defender Oracle Team USA had illegally modified AC45s used in the AC World Series.
