New Corinthian trophy for Bayview Mackinac Race

After 226 boats competed in the 2014 Bell’s Beer Bayview Mackinac Race, the 2015 edition already has 129 boats signed up with 25 first time entrants for the July 18 start. New for this year will be a trophy awarded to the top Corinthian boat in which all crew meet the ISAF Classification Group 1 (amateur) requirements. The trophy will go to the boat with the best corrected time in seconds per mile, and the trophy is open to both the Shore Course (204 nm) and the Cove Island Course (259 nm). Race website.
