Smile 22 wins ORC Sportboat European Championship 2015

Twenty-seven teams representing eight countries competed at the 2015 ORC Sportboat European Championship, hosted on May 21-24 at the Balatonfüred Yacht Club in Lake Balaton, Hungary. For boats from 6 to 9 meters, the competition began with a 27-mile coastal race with the remainder of the event having inshore racing. The Dutch team of Herman van Eijk and Jan-Willem Van den Hondel racing their Smile 22 Bluesmile won both the overall title and claimed top prize for the Corinthian division. Details.
