Snipe US Nationals: Train Kept a Rollin’

San Diego, CA (August 12, 2015) – Two more races were completed today at the Snipe US National Championship, bringing the series to seven scores to give the sailors their first drop. In 10-12 kts, Doug Hart and Jon Rogers won the day with a 2-1, but Raul Rios and Kara Voss continue their domination to lead the 43-boat fleet.

Jensen McTighe/ Nikki Bruno, despite breaking their outhaul in the sixth race, are eight points back in second, with Augie Diaz/ Kathleen Tocke 13 points off the lead in third.

Two more races are scheduled tomorrow with one race to conclude the championship on Friday, August 17.
