Pensacola, FL (September 24, 2015) – Racing continued on Pensacola Bay for the fourth day of the Hobie 16 North American championships. The earlier start today allow competitors to take advantage of the early morning wind and complete one race in 10-12 knots of wind with a rather lumpy sea state. After this the wind followed the same theme of dropping to 5-8 knots for the rest of the day.

Jason Hess/Irene Abascal (GUA) won all three races completed today in challenging conditions with significant current. After eight races, Hess/Abascal (GUA) lead by 30 points, followed by Mark Modderman/Grace Modderman (USA) and Francisco Figueroa/Jolliam Berrios (PUR). Racing continues through Friday.
