Published on October 9th, 2015

New Jersey City, NJ (October 9, 2015) – The Manhattan skyline will act as the perfect backdrop for one of US Sailing’s most historic championships on October 10-12. Sailors from as far west as Hawaii and as far south as Florida will race over three days for the Clifford D. Mallory Trophy at the 2015 U.S. Adult Sailing Championship.

Fourteen teams comprised of both men and women ranging in age from 19 to 69 will race J/24 class sailboats in New York Harbor. First raced in 1952, the 2015 U.S. Adult Sailing Championship is hosted by Manhattan Yacht Club. Regional Sailing Associations (RSA) have selected their respective teams to compete.
