Positive Forecast for Huntington Lake

Published on February 26th, 2017

Huntington Lake, a California reservoir in the Sierra Nevada at an elevation of 6955-feet, has benefited from the above average western rainfall and will be open for competition in 2017.

After drought conditions in California had halted racing at Huntington Lake in 2014 and 2015, rising waters in 2016 got boats back on the water with conditions continuing to improve this year.
