Dominant performances at Laser Midwinters West

Competitors from Canada, Mexico, and throughout the USA had light to moderate winds for the 9-race Laser Midwinters West, held March 24-26 in Marina del Rey, CA. Paul Didham (USA) won six of the races to dominate the 32-boat Laser fleet while the 49-boat Radial fleet saw a tight battle between Joseph Hou (USA) and Gage Wilson (USA). The duo won all but one of the races, finishing tied on points with Hou winning on countback. Full results.
