Qualifiers Complete for 2017 Opti NA’s

Toronto, Ontario (June 28, 2017) – The qualifying series racing has finished at the 2017 Optimist North American Championship today for 178 sailors representing 20 countries. Five races were completed with three flights on the water. Leading the regatta is Stephan Baker (USA) with 5 points, followed by Thomas Kerrigan (USA) with 9 points. Peter Foley (USA) is in third with 11 points.

Tomorrow will be for the Team Racing North Americans, with the Optimist North Americans concluding on June 30-July 1.
