Solid start for Youth Match Racing Worlds

Trentino, Italy (July 4, 2018) – The first day of the 2018 Youth Match Racing World Championship completed eleven flights for a total of 44 matches. Leading the field of 12 teams is the Italian Ettore Botticini with Lorenzo Gennari and Simone Busonero after scoring seven victories and zero defeats. The Italians are followed by Americans with Christopher Weis going 6-1 and the New Zealand crew of Nick Egnot-Johnson scoring 6-2.

Racing is being held July 4-8 in J/22s on Lake Ledro in Trentino, Italy.
